Jingdezhen handmade porcelain making technique, blue and white porcelain painting intangible cultural heritage inheritor
Master Craftsman Huang Yunpeng

Jingdezhen, where kilns have burned for a thousand years, is a place where emperors named their wares after their reign titles, and where artifacts share the same name as the nation! A testament to Chinese craftsmanship and unparalleled artistry! This is the birthplace of many legendary masters and inheritors of intangible cultural heritage.
Blue and white porcelain is a representative of Chinese porcelain, and Mr. Huang Yunpeng is a representative of the blue and white porcelain technique in Jingdezhen.

He is a renowned ceramics scholar in Jingdezhen, who has made outstanding achievements in the study of the history of Jingdezhen ceramics and the dating of ancient ceramics.

He has published more than 10 academic papers and compiled and published catalogs such as "Ancient Ceramic Patterns of Jingdezhen" and "Chinese Ceramics Series: Folk Blue and White Porcelain of Jingdezhen".

He often said, "My pursuit in porcelain painting is speed, strength, and grandeur; it's a reflection of my artistic cultivation and an expression of my own emotions." His unrestrained, few strokes are deeply moving; he is an artist of great style in the porcelain capital.

Based on the characteristic of "using local materials" in the production of ancient porcelain throughout history, he spent a lot of time conducting a detailed survey of ancient kiln sites and raw material mines in Jingdezhen and sampling and analyzing raw materials. He mastered the formulas of clay, glaze and materials for ancient porcelain imitations throughout history, so his replicas of ancient porcelain from Jingdezhen throughout history can reach a level that is almost indistinguishable from the real thing.
