Nine Dragon Balls

Nine Dragon Balls
Nine Dragon Balls
Made by Li Fuming, inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of silver forging techniques, from Dayatang. Capacity: approx. 1100 ml; Weight: approx. 700 g.
The body of the teapot is engraved with nine dragons in flight, surrounded by cloud patterns. The fine lines form a dark background, making the dragons and clouds stand out brilliantly. The dragons have five claws, short and powerful, with raised tails, arched bodies, and curved necks. Their bodies are decorated with densely arranged fish-scale patterns, their eyes are wide open, their horns point to the sky, and their backs are painted with sharp, knife-like teeth. They are majestic and awe-inspiring. The nine dragons emerging from the sky symbolize the auspicious meaning of "the supreme ruler, the flying dragon in the heavens." The engraving technique is exquisite.
A piece of Southern Red Agate with auspicious cloud design, its handle woven from old vine.
The entire piece is large and heavy, with a robust and refined style. The engraved patterns are arranged in a sparse and orderly manner, exuding a majestic aura.
