Flat bulb pot
Volume: Approx. 150 ml Weight: Approx. 120 g
This flat-shaped, pure silver teapot is produced by Dayatang and made by Hong Jike, an inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of silver forging techniques.
Teacher Hong seamlessly blends the aesthetic charm of silverware with the design of traditional Chinese Zisha teapots. The body of the teapot is slightly flattened and tapers towards the top and bottom, making it appear fuller and more refined, exuding a gentlemanly air and a magnanimous spirit. The lid, like a hat, rests on the mouth of the teapot, and the flat, round knob complements the full and rounded body of the teapot, conveying a sense of stability and tranquility, with a robust yet dynamic curve.
The teapot features a hammered body, a three-bend spout, an antique rosewood handle for heat protection, and a sulfur treatment process that removes any superficial embellishments, resulting in a simple and elegant design.
This flat lamp is a modified version of the flat pot shape from the Qing Dynasty. It also takes the shape of the palace lantern and flattens it. The combination of the two designs results in an extremely simple shape.
This is an elegant and classic Chinese sterling silver tea set with exceptional artistic charm.
