This silver tea caddy has a cylindrical mouth, a hat-shaped shoulder, and a flattened pot-shaped belly. The belly is decorated with wavy lines and classic acanthus leaf floral patterns, which are rhythmic and distinct, creating a continuous and decorative effect. The patterns are hammered and polished to a smooth finish, making them highly artistic.
Without witnessing firsthand the production process of contemporary scroll and ribbed ceramic artifacts, it's hard to imagine that such uniform curves and regular lines are hammered out. Every engraved line, every undulation, is achieved using only a pencil and a hammer and chisel.
Every piece of British silverware is stamped with a complete silver mark, and the traceability of its age is favored by silverware collectors.

This tea container boasts exquisite classical patterns, is small and delicate, and features superb engraving techniques. The silver label tells a story of history and vicissitudes. It is in perfect condition, its luster still shining!
